Requirements:

• Relevant site based industry experience.
• Proven Track record in an Engineering and Supervisory role.
• Able to complete pre-engineering for one or more disciplines, specify equipment, perform and witness a function test, organize field personnel into working teams and plan the safe execution of a project.  Support the Project Manager in all aspects of the project and discipline requirements.
• Commercial experience in terms of assisting the preparation of a Tender. 
• Negotiating with customers to maximize EBITDA 
• Experience of working in an offshore environment.
• Proficiency in the English language

Certification: 

• Joint Integrity Management Certificate
• Joint Integrity Calculation certificate
• Leak testing Work Pack Creation certificate
• Engineering related Bachelor’s Degree•

Description

Schlumberger, the world’s leading oilfield Services Company with operation activity in over 85 countries is pleased to announce Student Summer Camp that will be held in Baku during July 23-28, 2017

Student Summer Camp is an intensive one week program designed to introduce students considering a career in the oil and industry to Schlumberger.  During the week students will live in the company provided facility and will be given possibility to learn about Schlumberger through series of information sessions and workshop exercises.

Please, note that program is  open for Technical discipline students ONLY and applicants  shall be committed to leave at company provided facility close to SLB  base  during  entire week of Camp.

The screened candidates will be invited for the briefing session andexamination between May 01 and June 30.

Hydraulic Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Carryout defect investigations and site surveys to estimate the scope and feasibility of the jobs.
• Should have extensive skill in troubleshooting & reading hydraulic schematics.
• Troubleshooting  and maintenance of stationary and rotating equipment such as valves,  pumps, compressors, motors and engines
• Report and document the activities carried out in line with the documentation requirements of the company.
• To handle sites individually as well as to manage a team whenever required.
• Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with the applicable standards, Company quality (ISO) procedures and provide advice to the QHSE department of any non-conformance issues.
• Follow necessary safety regulations, applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements, etc., as required in carrying out the jobs.
• Liaising with QHSE related to job execution work instructions / procedures.
• Liaising with customers for technical clarifications.
• Preparing job schedules & plans for specific projects.
• Report preparation for various projects as per company formats & standards.
• Should be very good in communication, verbally as well as on documents.
• Should possess knowledge in pressure testing & flushing of hydraulic components as per ISO standards.
• Should be capable of product search & modification related to hydraulic systems.

Eligibility:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 year experience in hydraulics.   
• Knowledge in Electrical / Electronics field shall be considered as an added capability.
• Should have excellent English & Azeri writing, reading & speaking skills.
• Should be computer proficient especially in MS Office.

Salary is negotiable, depending on the skills and experience of candidate.

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Software products development, implementation and improvement (including project planning, activity and documentation management, supporting project test plans preparations, facilitation of meetings, communication, leading and managing project through completion) as per accepted implementation plan.

• Analyze, align and optimize an input data.
• Participation in the process of customer needs clarification.
